      I have yet to receive my order from the previous sale. I made my purchase on 3/04/18 and have yet to receive my SIM cards. I was told you guys would send me out replacements but I have not heard.

      Can you have a look at my order and respond to my last email. My order is # 3842.

      I'm considering opening a Paypal dispute if I do not receive my SIMs shortly. Really disappointed.

          Hi,

          I have replied twice to your last email but have not received a response. You asked me to confirm my address which I have and it is correct.

          I've checked my order status it says order shipment confirmed and it is getting ready. Under shipping method it states that the tracking reference is provided which I have asked for many times but no response. You blame Australia Post and that packages get lost but I have received several packages in the last few weeks and have never had an issue with lost packages.

          It has now been 4 weeks since my order and still nothing. I am not the only customer with this issue. I am very frustrated and disappointed. If this is not solved in the next 24 hours I will be requesting for a refund.

      I believe the SIM in the linked deal is for 30 days and includes calls and texts, while the one in this deal is data only but lasts a full year. Anything else I'm missing here, rep?

      Hi, know it is not because this SIM works in mi-fi devices, dongles and tablets, the three AIO 20 does not work in tablets, mi-fi devices or dongles, additionally, the three AIO 20 lasts for 30 days, whereas this sim lasts for 1 year, so you can frequently travel and consistently use the sim.

    Using one of these now. Fantastic travelling SIM. Had the same SIM and data for the last year and used in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Data is only 3G in New Zealand, but was better elsewhere and fast enough for most use. Ironically, the worst connection and speed was in London.
    Only downside is that you can not tether your phone to your PC etc with this SIM. Can use it in a Mifi device though (I have the Telstra MF910 from a previous Ozbargain deal). $50-60 seems high but considering my son has just burned through $40 for 2.5Gb of Data in NZ in a couple of weeks, this is well worth considering (especially if you travel a lot).

      Are you sure it doesn't work in a mobile device? We've tested the SIM ourselves and can reassure you they even work in a mobile device.

        Absolutely. Cant tether to a mobile… unless the new SIMS are different.
        We have been using ours since June last year. Just checked again and no, wont tether.
        Can confirm it works fine with Mifi.

      We have had customers do exactly this and it has worked perfectly for them. Sometimes you need to double check your phone's apn settings when your using a mobile device to ensure the data is connected

    Had this same deal from Three on my 2 month trip through Europe last year. I bought it from a Three store when I got to London, but same same. Worked perfectly. Had great speeds in all the major cities and at a very affordable price!
    Would recommend.

        About 30GBP I think from memory. So ~$54AUD per 30days.

        I just ran it through my phone. You couldn't tether or personal hotspot with it but I didn't need to.

    This company is not trustworthy. Ordered a sim from a previous deal, with 1-4 day shipping with tracking.

    It's extremely difficult to contact them.

    They claimed to have sent the order on the 5th and pointed to a "Shipping Confirmation" page which is really just a order confirmation page.

    When contacted, they were unable to provide a tracking number. On the 26th they said they were sending the order again. This time, the page was updated with the tracking number.

    They also use the departure date entered on purchase to prioritise shipping.

    Personally, I would recommend against purchasing from them until they improve their business practices.

      Regarding this case: we did in fact fulfill the item we sent you. there are customer who do not receive their orders because Australia Post can at times lose letters: we have even had registered postage letters which is signature on delivery - lost by Australia Post (and we of course a reimbursed for the SIM)

      To Clarify the situation: when we found out your item was lost in transit, our company policy is to send a replacement SIM card - regardless of the price with registered signature on delivery tracking - we were not unfaithful at all in our dealings with you.

      Departure dates are also another way for us to understand our customers behaviours.

      Thank you again for your feedback ihfree and we're sorry you wont be purchasing from us again - we hope you will enjoy the SIM nonetheless

    Hello, I have placed an order for "EE - 4GEE 5GB uk & europe data roaming sim card - works in mi-fi devices and allows tethering" sim card on 3rd Apr 2018 at 8:26 AM. My Order #3739 is confirmed.

    However, I still haven't received anything from you guys. Today date is 1st May 2018. It's almost a month.
    I will be travelling on 16th May 2018 which is two weeks from now.

    Can you guys please check the status this order ASAP?
