Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X - Boost 4G Coverage for WA?

I live south of Perth in Western Australia. I've been looking for a relatively inexpensive phone (<$200) since my Sony Xperia XA was stolen about a month ago. I want a better phone in general and I'm thinking of going with the Xioami REDMI NOTE 4X, but I was just wondering if it has 4G coverage under the Boost carrier (not sure if that makes sense, I know a little bit about bands but not enough to figure this out). If it does have coverage, I'm probably going to buy it, but if it doesn't I was wondering if there are any recommendations for a phone with similar specs that does get 4G Boost coverage - so long as its not way over $200.

  Boost is Telstra, so you need a phone that has 4G B28 band for max coverage.
  Note 4X does not have B28.

    Thank you!!!! I figured that because I didn't see anything that said Band 28 (which I knew was important) but on the website which I planned on buying the phone from it didn't specify bands and was a lot more confusing.

  I'd also like to know if there are any current offerings anyone knows about on a $200-ish phone w/B28?

  Additionally, is B28 (on Telstra) really that important if you're not in remote areas?
