I like to go and check out the second hand shops like Hard Off. you can pick up some great random stuff. if you have time to kill then get a train out to funabashi city (chiba prefecture) - about 40 minutes East from Tokyo station. there is a 7 storey Daiso/100 yen shop there ( I used to live nearby). awesome Daiso with everything.
don't forget to buy your booze from a supermarket (don't waste your money buying duty free) . I have never had a bad Japanese made whisky. even the cheapest stuff beats the hell out of that johnnie red crap.
Hibiki whisky when you can find it.
Not limited to Tokyo but anything with matcha or wasabi flavour.
Seiko grand watch, next time.
