Grand Prix 2018 Singapore Flight Tickerts

Hey guys,

Never been to SG during Grand Prix …Do flight tickets usually go on sale?

I had a quick look at Scoot, whilst the price is good but the time is really weird.

Flying out on Thursday 13 Sept arriving SG at 3AM then fly out the following Monday arriving Sydney next day at 5am….

If you have extra time you can always fly into Kuala Lumpur and then either catch a bus or another flight to Singapore.

Seconds on the bus, if you have time. Cheap too.
Airfares usually go up and any of the discount ones are often snapped up by now.
One thing though, and this came from a pal who works in F1 (so he goes to all of the races), there are a LOT of hotel rooms in Singapore and hotels often put the unsold ones on special 2 weeks out from the race.
Sounds risky but he has been to every race there and swears by it…

    It varies, depending on the actual hotel and the number of bookings they have
