Problem with Loading Page/Sign-in Page

Hi all,

I am not sure if this is the place to ask but I suffered some issues recently.
I am using Telstra Cable Internet so it is fast.
I can go see Youtube, Netflix…with little to no disconnect.
I can browse the web, news easily.

But

1. When I tried to go Amazon, either the site cannot be reached or I can't go past the sign in before it appeared that the site can not be reached.
2. When I tried to go to my Inbox (Gmail), there is a grey msg "Server is temporarily unavailable". I can check my mail but I can not send any as it wont load
3. When I tried to go to Facebook, the messenger is not loading and no chat is available
4. As well as Seek, I can't sign in without drop out.

I dont know what the problems are. Can you please help me?

  Try disabling any anti-virus software to see if the issue still persists.

  Before anyone else ask: what did Telsra say when you call them? :)

    Maybe asked "I'm having trouble with my cable internet" and got reponse - "I am having trouble in understanding you, did you say your table is wet"

    They couldn't fix his internet but he now has a hair cut booking

  On serious note, do you have same issues if you use either wired internet and wirelss?
