  I concur, ordered a panel that came with a faulty PSU, they had a new panel and PSU shipped to me within 3 days.
  
  The panel has been brilliant, (pun not intended), 24W - heaps better than the dual compact fluoros (28W) that it replaced.

      Got it fixed, what happened was I have reported this issue with our IT support who look after all eBay listings.
      
      It was clearly mispriced as a 10 packs of downlights only sales for $89.95 with free shipping.
      
      The listing was removed, but thank you for letting us know there was a mispriced eBay listing other wise we couldn't even cover cost.
      
      So yes I asked to removed this listing, and sorry for the misleading price we had on this eBay listing.

I don't know how good is Epistar brand but tried 10*13W with the code, discount was $28-ish but the shipping quote was $20-ish (this is only for e-parcel) - didn't feel the "save"

Be aware that this style of recessed light is pretty much the worst kind of lighting possible.

Certainly not the same kind of lighting as the MR16 halogen that they would probably replace.

Huge glare, absolutely zero beam control. It doesn't get any more cheaper and nastier than this.

Comment relates to all of this kind of product, not this particular seller.

  Where is your reference about your comments. I have been using at home over 4 years, and installed 100's but not one complaint.
  
  I am not sure about this brand but certainly these type of lights a lot better than MR16 or GU10 halogens (Electricity consumption, fire danger)
  and LED ones less powerful but economic consumption).
  
  It is advised to have warm light for living rooms/areas for better reading lightening but show rooms can have cool /daylight ones.
