I'm not sure this site is legit.
I've tried emailing the "support" email to ask a few questions and have not had a reply (other than the automated one).
It's been 10 days with no response.
Thanks goodness I wasn't trying to follow up an actual order.
I think I'll go back to ordering via Aliexpress.

  mi.com is the only official Xiaomi website. All others are resellers.
