How to Unsee the 1mm Bezel Gap from Monitor ?

I have bought a Viewsonic VX3276-2k from ebay PC retail store and there is a 1mm bezel gap at one corner.

I thought i'll be fine with it after a few days and i don't want the hassle of returning it especially there isn't any dead pixels to begin with.

But then, it has been troubling me till now as for some reason my eyes keep staring on the 1mm gap at one of the corner.

What should i do ?

  • Ignore it, sooner or later you wont even notice as your eyes get used to it.

Pry the bezel off, problem solved.

No bezel is the trend these days anyway, why are you living in the past?

  • You mean the image on the monitor does not quite go right to the edge of the screen?? If so you should be able to adjust this with your underscan/overscan settings in your graphics card settings, or your vertical/horizontal alignment settings in your monitors settings. I don't understand if it is just in a corner though… Maybe the monitor is damaged.

Sounds like a manufacturing defect or damage created when shipping. ie. you should get a refund or replacement.

Look at your finger tip. Now look closer. Even closer. Closer still.

If done correctly, you'll stop seeing the bezel.
