      Me too.

  • Mine is spend $150 per week for 4 weeks.
    Then 15,000 points.

Anyone know how much is 15,000 points in $ ?

    • $75

      • Thanks.

  • +4

$100 for 4 weeks for 12000 points. The $50-4 weeks for 10000 sounds much better

  • Received instant $10 off 1 $50 shop this coming week.
    Also 10,000pts for 4 weekly $50 shops.
Various offers still being sent out. All in store shopping.

  • +1

    Targeted deal.
    I wasn't targeted.
    LOL

    • Feelsbad

I did the $30 one last 4 weeks, still got targetted for this one now.

  • Mine is $100 x 4 weeks for 12000 points

  • Do you think I can still pay with gift card? I can confirm buying gift card wont be counted but what if I pay with wish card

    • +3

      Yes, it still counts

    • +3

I usually get spend $50 for 10,000 points from Woollies and Coles, which is great as its 25% off or a bit less. I always pay with the gift cards in Woollies. I only spend just over the $50 and use a different rewards card if I want to buy more. Sometimes the Coles and Woollies offers overlap and I do them both. Usually I do not shop on the off week or two between offers and get my husband to just buy milk so I am not tempted, or go to Aldi. Seems to work.

      • Where do you usually buy your gift cards from? I haven't used them much, but thinking I should, as the savings add up…

        • +1

Yes I was reading about it for at least a year on here before I acted on it. You always think something new is going to be difficult but it was really easy. You get them from cash rewards https://www.cashrewards.com.au/shop. When you start using them record on them how much is left from the receipt or the operator will tell you. I find its best to buy them in lots of $100 as its harder to use them when only a few dollars is left as you would have to use several for one shop. You need to treat them like cash, if lost anyone else can use them.

        • @Yola: Thanks for the tips Yola. I'll start shopping with gift cards :) I wonder if we can get a similar 5% off Coles gift cards? I just read that we have to be a member of certain providers like AGL or Suncorp etc, but I'm not a member of any listed here. I think they charge credit card surcharges too?

  • Why do they always do this over school holidays?, 😡

    • To increase/maintain their sales figures when people are travelling (thus lesser people than usual buying groceries).

    • I get them all year round.

  • I earned $30 Woolworths dollars from the last promotion. If I spend $50 on my next shopping, the $30 reduction is automatically applied and I will only pay $20 out of pocket. Does this transaction still qualify for the new promotion, or i need to spend at least $80 to actually show $50 paid on the docket? I did a bit keyword searching but couldn't find any info in their terms and conditions.

    • Yep. I also wondered this. But still counts. As long as hit the the target price. Whatever else comes off is just bonus
I got $100- spend.. no thanks for a single guy

      • you may be correct but this happened to me once when I had to reach $50 and there was some promotion and $10 came off. It looked to me like the total was only going to be $40. Luckily I had some additional items I could add.

    • +1

Not sure but won’t your $30 savings be spread out over 3 future purchases anyway (3x $10 discount per shop)?

  • Only Single-visit campaign could woo me at the moment, just too much competition in ALDI and Coles atm.

    • Received - instant $10 off 1 $50 shop for this week.

      • $50x4 staggered. I voluntarily used my Rewards Card when I purhased an extra ordinary Vodafone+netflix special last week, a good 66% discount overall, below $50 all visits alike, but receiving zero points (contrast Coles' FB minimal sum of points with gift card purchases) and subsequent instant Woolworths $-off pushed out. But I'm coming to learn …. Hold off orange card, til come offers. Ta

        • +2

Or have several accounts you can alternate to maximise points collection.

  • +1

Another $50x4 shops for 10000pts ($50) here. Good deal I think.

  • I know this could be an unpopular comment but I really wish they just brought bags back - that would be more of an incentive than points would. Or at least provided cardboard boxes out front (Franklins/Bunnings style). Having to queue to take a trolley up a half-floor today to get various items to the car was a headache.

    • Lol I remember franklins had that cage of boxes out front

Aren't bags free until 7 July or something?

  • What to spend on $50 each week to get 10k points? Gift card and mobile recharge are not counted so I need ideas.

    • +1

I usually stock up on items that are half price, toilet paper, toothpaste, laundry powder, long life milk, cleaning supplies, cereals and canned veg and soup. There are many.

  • Does anyone how to actually get there offers? I've never received a single offer from woolworths.

    • All of mine arrive via email.

    • Check your communication preferences. Maybe stop shopping there or get more reward accounts. It's basically a reward for disloyalty. I find that I get the offers on one account after I have used another account for a few weeks.

    • +2

      Multiple offers most weeks😊
Only use the Rewards Cards when there is a good offer. (eg this week's instant $10 off 1 $50 shop, received $15 off $50 or equivalent pts most weeks for months) Points on ordinary purchases aren't worthwhile.

  • New targeted offers today!
    Instant
    $5 off $30 next week
    $10 off $40 week after
$15 off $50 week after that
Use offer in week or weeks of your choice.
Offer not available at Woolworths online.

Had these offers most weeks for months. I mainly use the $15 off $50 offers.

Using an instant $10 off $50 today.

So will skip the 4 weeks of $50 shops for $50 worth of points. Cash in pocket is better. Was worth waiting off until today for these offers to reappear.

  • Received this one today:

    Week 2: 3400 points for spend over $230 16 Jul - 22 Jul
