Is This Bose QuietComfort 20 Earphone on eBay Fake?

I'm looking for Bose QuietComfort 20 earphone on eBay, and found this selling at $189.

The earphone condition is stated as

This is displayed set ( unused ) 95% new with minor scratch , 10 months warranty ( new eartip ) without official box

But I'm worrying if this is a fake, so selling at a lower price to lure customers?

Any comments appreciated.

    Not sure there's such a thing as "OEM" Bose QC20s. I voted "definitely fake" at first, but if you think of it as a long-time display model, so effectively a used product, the lower price might make sense. The seller has generally good reviews, so actually looks legit.

    Pay via Paypal, can always dispute if it's fake.

    I bought Shure s215s from this seller and they were fake. sooo yeah. they refunded without any questions.

    Guys, thank you all! I decide to cut it looses, as beaver2233 proved this store did sell fake products.
