Cashrewards Non Website Question

Hi All,

I have already emailed Cashrewards to ask about this, but they usually take a few days to respond, and don't have a contact phone number for them.

Does anyone know, if there is a issue with a website, and the order has to be processed manually by that website (ie over the phone), is there a way to get this processed by Cashrewards? ie. Get a reference number or supply the invoice number to Cashrewards?

Haven't made the purchase yet, but doing it online is not possible to get special pricing (as it has to be manually processed by an operator).

    Hi OzyBe. The answer is unfortunately a definite no. You must click out from Cashrewards and the transaction must be attributed to that click in order for the merchant to pay us commission, at which time a percentage of that commission is passed on to you.

      Can I ask what the time frame is to get a response from Cashrewards, when using the contact facility of the Cashrewards website (Contact>General Support>General Enquiry)?

      I asked a question on the 23/7, and still have not received a response as at 30/7.
