This is confusing, the DLC will stop working after 29th? Also it seems to still cost money when I search for it on PSN.

  probably you can play online in those maps during the promotion period but you can't actually "purchase" the map pack.

They should give the whole game including all dlc for free since BO4 has campaign removed. That way people might still want to buy BO4 for Multi-player.
