Once the ebay protection periods are over, there is no such thing.
That's incorrect, sellers such as Gearbite and others offer a 1 year warranty outside of eBay.
Btw OP, a sale should be live soon for this vacuum in the next few days.

The bigger sellers like gearbite might, but all the cheaper no name sellers, once the ebay protections are over, will never reply for a warranty issue.
The general rule buying off ebay is once the seller protection is over, so is the warranty.
I am also planning to buy and warranty is the thing m worried about when purchased from ebay. Kogan has same for $529 with one year standard warranty..
But never bought from Kogan before and not sure on their warranty.

Both have AUS stock & warranty and have bargains all the time.Purchased. Let it run yesterday and on a schedule today. Very happy with it so far.
Struggled to get up on one of our rugs, and got itself stuck in a corner as a result. A slight alteration to rug placement and it will get stuck no more.
Will be testing the mop function on Thursday.
