Good price for the time being, but for anyone who doesn't need it urgently, best to wait for the next HN or DSE sale. They've had them for under $110, and even under $100, at least once every few weeks lately.

    Also currently available:
SEAGATE Expansion 2TB Desktop Hard Drive, $119 at DSE
HP 2TB SimpleSave External Hard Drive, $118 at OW
HP SimpleSave External Hard Drive - 2TB, $118 at Big W

Nobody argue this is better than that and that is better than the other. We all know it's a matter of preference.

  • I just got my wd elements from OW last week for my movies, $118. No dramas. Not yet, anyways.

  • I would skip this brand Iomega, as I bought one from MSI and it failed after I loaded everything on it and deleted it from my Laptop as I was wanting to Clean house so my Laptop would run faster..

Now I really have cleaned house as I lost all my info and life starts from scratch.

MSI were not helpfull as we had a language barrier.. English was not the language of the store I went to.(Very Annoying)

    • For future.. Removing items from your computer's Hard Drive won't make even the tiniest amount of difference in making it run faster.

      • It will when you're talking about 95% full. But that's about it. You're right, getting it from 70% capacity to 50% will make no difference, contrary to popular belief.

      • Try having less than 25mb free space on your windows drive while windows media center is trying to record TV.

It has happened to me before.

As long as you have around 20%/20GB free though, you should be fine :)
