eBay Plus for Sellers

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if any sellers out there can let me know how to list an item that qualifies for ebay plus?

  • I've just achieved a top rated seller status a few hours ago
  • I have allowed for returns for some items

  • Some items are brand new or New: Never Used condition (not in original packaging)

  • Which postage selection do you normally select?

  • My items weigh between 450grams and 5kg so it's not bulky- even my under 500g items are not showing with the ebay plus badge
  • Some have free postage, others not (neither are showing with the ebay plus badge)

Just not sure if there is a delay when the items qualify for ebay plus (certainly some advantages given that there was the recent 15% sale)

Any help appreciated

    Oh…maybe i need to have an ebay shop/store to have ebay plus active rather than a personal account??
    Will try contacting ebay later on.

    I did nothing and all of my listings seemed to automatically qualify, I believe by following eBays recommended guidelines (accept returns, offer free freight etc etc) your listings will automatically become Plus items.

    Ok thanks for sharing :) Guess it might be because my TRS is still fairly new.
    Ebay was not helpful today, the guy ended the chat before my issue was resolved

    I was tempted to join up to eBay Plus but the returns is where it lost me. I've had numerous people attempt to claim I sell counterfeit items (always backfired on them when I provided proof to PayPal) however, under eBay Plus T&C's, I'd have to accept their returns which could possibly be a counterfeit item which they switched out, or at the very least a used product (can't exactly sell a fragrance as new that has been used) which burns money for no reason other than the buyer is dishonest or petulant.
