It's simply reverted back to their old delivery fees. We were very spoilt there with $1.99 shipping for as long as we did!

  Thats why I started to shop on oo.com.au
  They still do $9.9 delivery.
  I bought a few shirts from UK and two pairs of classic shoes from Turkey and it costs $9.9 for delivery.
