$15 for a single ticket for the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel. Upgrade to add a Digital Photo Pass for an additional $10. Free entry for children ages 4 and under. Valid for one person(ages 5+). Available hours: Monday - Sunday: 11:00am - 10:00pm. Deal valid until 16 Jan 2019. Last flight departs 30 minutes prior to closing time.

  Does both adult need to have the photo upgrade? Or is 1 enough? (If I wanted a photo with my wife and child)
