  • This? Or this? https://www.myanker.com.au/product/powercore-speed-20000-pd-…
Is the 27 or so dollars more worth it?

    • The one you linked is USB-C PD, but note that it's only 30W Power Delivery.

The best one from Anker, would be the PowerCore+ PD, which is a lot more expensive.

      • What does that exactly mean?
It should also charge with the normal USB port right? https://www.myanker.com.au/product/powercore-speed-20000-pd-b2b-black/#iLightbox[product-gallery]/3

        • It will charge phones just fine.

But if you're looking to charge larger devices such as Laptop it may require more then 30W Power Delivery.

      • Does that mean it wouldn't charge laptops that require more than 30W?

        • That's correct.

        • It will but it will be slower and if you're using a notebook that is using more than 30W it will slowly discharge.

    • From what I understand… The Powercore Speed 20000 PD supports power delivery for USB-C while the powerbank on this sale does not so if your device is a USB-C quick charge / fast charge device then you'll need the one from MyAnker

      • That's correct, but keep in mind that it only 30W USB-C PD, which may not be enough for most Laptops (fine for phone).

        • Yeah I'm mainly buying this for my Galaxy S9 that has the fast charger cable :/

  • This or the Xiaomi power bank?

    • This one uses Lithium Ion Batteries, while Xiaomi uses Lithium Polymer Batteries.

It makes the Anker a lot more heavier.

At this price point, I would go for the Xiaomi.

  • Will this charge the Nintendo Switch?

    • Yes in handheld mode, no in docked mode. Sorry was confused with the Anker Powercore Speed linked in the comment.

The one linked by OP, won't charge the Switch efficiently.

    • ZMI QB820 seems to get good reviews for powering a Switch

      • QB815 is PD and on lightning sale Sunday for only $13 more than this. Seems like the better option to me as it allows for Dock mode on the Switch, but it depends on what you're after.

    • Get a PD USB-C one for the switch imo. Not only will it charge much faster overall, if you charge while playing you will still gain battery.

With this you will still slowly lose battery or will increase very, very slowly while playing.

This is still good for the price however if you want something cheaper.

  • I’d get the kogan one 26800 60W one from amazon or eBay with cash back. Around $80
