        If people were smart enough, they would be doing the same! There are so many great deal just month to month. The only sticking point is knowing when to port the number over if you want to keep the same number that is. I'll be getting 10GB for the 1st month and 17GB per month for the next 3 months after that. All that for $10.90 when you include the $5 cash back.

    • It’s usually pretty quick but it can sometimes take a few days. If it hasn’t tracked after 7 days, you can send an enquiry from your click history.

  • Bought on 14/11. Received an email today stating it should be activated by 30/11. OVO support is directing me to their promo terms which I didn't read. My bad, I went with this post stating can be activated before 31 Dec. Will have to cut short existing plan to get the cashback.

    • Wrong deal. This deal was only posted a few days ago, activation by 31st December is still correct.

      You purchased from the previous deal, discussion in the comments states the need to activate by 30/11.

    got my card last night, activated and turned off auto recharge

    • Can you please let me know how you did this? I can see Manage My payments under the account - but I can't see anywhere to change the charge type nor can I remove my card it seems without firstly adding another valid payment type.

        Under 'manage my service' you can turn auto recharge off.

    • Did you get tracking on your Cash Reward? I got history that I clicked on it but no cashback yet (have received SIM and activated service).

    Never got my cashback, never got my sim. My invoice doesn't even have a number so I can't claim through Cashrewards.

      Mine tracked almost straight away, usually it comes down to user error if it doesn't.

      Did you contact Cashrewards (TA) to see if he can sort out the issue before negging the deal?

      Hi edumacation. I've already responded to your PM, but will re-iterate here. If you haven't received your SIM you can't expect to receive Cashback. As per the terms of the offer, the SIM needs to be activated which you obviously can't do without a SIM. You'll need to contact OVO to sort this out as there may have been an issue with your account/payment etc? Cashrewards is not responsible for the delivery of the SIM. Thanks.

      It's pretty funny to see people have a whinge/rant at the wrong thing.

      By all means, complain to the relevant party in the right way, but lol when you're wrong you just look like an absolute whinger who doesn't have a clue.

  • It's nearly a month and I still haven't received the cashback. Opened 2 tickets with CR. Representative said that they'll need an order number, but I contacted OVO and they said there's no order number…my service number IS the order number. Got back to CR and they said they needed an order number. I checked all my correspondence from OVO and alas, they didn't supply me with an order number. Like a game of ping pong. Very frustrating…

    • Yeah, same here but I never even got a reply from CR and there is no order number. @tightarse can you help us out?

      I already placed the order, got the SIM and have activated it but no OVO tracking against the order and no $5 rebate.

  • I've received and activated the Sim, however, it won't let me cancel the auto recharge (I have an email I received on 20/12 with subject "Your OVO SIM is active" so it's been active a while)

    I log onto the website and go to dashboard, says the service is activated. I click on "Check It Out" and I am directed to another page with the mobile number. It flashes a message:

    "If you've received your OVO SIM card you can activate this now.

    The SIM postal address we have on record is: <my address here>"

    with a button that says activate. It then realises I've already activated it and the message disappears leaving me with just the header and footer on page.

    Edit: just had a webchat discussion with OVO rep, they fixed it for me in 30 seconds.
