        Same, doesn't come up with my keyboard when selecting it.

        • Once you type the email address, get rid of the keyboard, and the submit button will be showing, good luck.

          • @howsthat: A bit hard when the keyboard doesn't appear up to type the email address in the first place…

            I was having that issue until yesterday, but could enter today. Possibly been fixed since it was affecting a lot of users.

  • Very weird competition… I did it on my phone and it worked ok, took a while to find the three pieces of the vase. I spun around my chair a few times looking weird :-)

              @walterwhite: The next day I got an email with the subject "Provisional Instant Win - Samsung x Netflix Tidelands Contest" asking for a copy of ID to confirm I meet T&C's.

              @walterwhite: I'm in the same boat - won a Note9 yesterday morning, was able to submit my email, but still haven't received confirmation. Did they end up sending an email to you eventually?

  • How do you know if you’ve won. Is it an instant win with notification after you’ve shared you photo. Or do you get a email later saying you’ve won. Can’t seem to work this Comp out.

      It will tell you what you won after you open the treasure.

    • Once you've collected the 3 pieces and tapped on the jar it should say no treasure or found treasure, then an option to enter email for second chance or to claim your instant win.

      Not sure about sharing the photo as I haven't come across that.

  • It says I won and on the same page it says I didn’t win so I got both on the same page it also said put your email in to collect prize and also said submit email and enter tomorrow I don’t know what’s going on.

    I've been trying to enter this for a a while now. There's severe lag when I'm trying to look around but I haven't seen any pieces of pottery anyway. I've only just started using a phone (only for competitions like this and it's not even mine).

    Not having much luck getting this working. Only gets to the photo effect page with 1/3 devices, and then I can collect the first piece of the vase, but then can't see any more. Am I supposed to swipe the screen or move the phone around? (tried both) Any other tips on finding the pieces? All I see is the reeds and the mermaids swimming at the bottom.

      If you can't follow the woman around by moving your phone, or the reeds don't seem to move out of sight/Tay static, then maybe reboot your phone and try again. Worked for me.

    For those having trouble finding the pieces, they're always in the same position.

    I hold my phone up straight just before the effect happens, and then once it starts, turn the phone (like you're taking a panoramic photo)

    One piece at the 2 o'clock position (behind reeds)
    One piece at the 10 o'clock position (behind reeds)
    The third pops up in front of you after about 5 seconds.

    They're also at the same level as the horizon, so no need to spin around everywhere looking.

    • I get one instantly when it starts. The reeds never move, it's the same AR, except the woman swimming by every now and then. Shouldn't I be able to follow her if it was AR? It's like it's stuck. Lemme reboot.

      Reboot fixes it!

    • Thanks for the instructions but I just can't seem to find them. The lag is what makes it hard to search but I haven't been able to spot a piece anyway. When you say "hold the phone straight up", do you mean hold it in front of your face or towards the ceiling?

    I won a Note 9 too, but like everyone else, my screen froze. Took a screenshot and messaged Samsung - fingers crossed they honor it!

      • Can i ask how long they took to respond? I messaged them a screenshot on Saturday and then again today, Monday morning but i still havent heard back and im worried as today is the last day. I even rang the 1300 number on the T&Cs but they had no idea about the promotion.

        • Was sorted out within a couple of days. Being end of year, i would allow a little more time. Did you message Samsung directly through Facebook?
