Does anybody have any experience with the product "Nanoleaf"?

Hello everybody,

I was considering buying a Nanoleaf starter set for my parents for Christmas.
As I have been unable to find a store where I can actually see the product, I was wondering whether anybody has any experience with the product and what you think about it.

    1.- Buy from JB HiFi.
    2.- It's good, but >15 panels is better… I've got 4x 9 panel starter kits, I paid $230 for each.

      So, do you have one system comprising 36 panels or several systems with fewer panels in the house?
      The reason I am asking is that I read that the maximum number of panels is 30? Is that true?
      Do you have the rhythm module? If so, is it worth it?

      Will check out JB Hifi - hopefully they have the starter kit with 15 panels.

      Do they have a demo there?

      Ok. I might go for either a 15 piece kit or more likely for a 9 piece + 2 x 4 expansion panel kit.

      Not sure how you only paid $230 though - they seem to be more expensive now.

        They were $239, then I asked for a discount.
        Pricey for what they are, but they do look cool.

          My parents will love them. Will ask my sis to share the cost unless she already has something. Once she finds out she will for herself too so until Christmas i have to keep it secret.

    In my opinion, this newer one actually looks better.. and I believe it has more functionally.

      Problem is that it is sold out. Cannot get it anywhere, at least I could not find any. Plus, it has the cross in the middle.

        If you click on the link and "Check my Store", it seems to be available in all the Brisbane city (or close to) stores. I checked with postcode 4000.

        But can't do much if you don't like the cross. (I think it looks good).
