Village cinemas $11 tickets, how do I update profile

Hi all, joined vrewards for the 2 x $11 tickets and they asked to update the profile. Is that simply logging in -> edit profile -> and adding details?

    Yep.. been 2 days still nothing. Cant find a number to call them.

      I’m pretty sure the tickets are applied to your account as points, could that be it?
