    I'm not sure if it is possible. However, if you go to Long Beach ($729) instead of LA then there is a 23 hour stopover in Hawaii on the way back

  Bags and Meals Included.

  Are bags and meals sometimes not included on flights to the USA? (I've flown there a billion times, I assumed there was a law that made it so they had to be included for long international flights)

    Jetstar are the main opposition on flights to Hawaii. Hawaiian offer basic meals, Jetstar its extra. Hawaiian offer 2 x 32kg luggage on flights to/from Australia in economy. Jetstar its extra for checked luggage. Even Qantas only offer 2 x 23kg. So for the target market of leisure travellers from Australia that tend to shop a lot, these are great inclusions.

    If I was headed to the US again, via Hawaii would be my prefered route. 10 hours in the air is my upper limit. With these inclusions, Hawaiian would be my prefered airline. I'd just want to ensure I check the scheduled stop over duration was acceptable to me.
