Not the cheapest offer:

T&Cs are like usual new user sign up offers:
Uber:
credit must be used over one ride
Uber Eats:
Credit must be used in one visit, unused portions of voucher will be forfeited.

Better (and cheaper) to use a free alternative code here for a new user sign up:

Yeah, this will not work for a heap of people. If you got a second hand phone, laptop, same IP address etc.. Avoid.
