I have the Active version of these and they're pretty good.
One thing to note is that they don't fit properly in the case if you swap the tips out with Comply foam ones. Basically means they turn on while in the case and don't charge.
Ended up using a piece of folded paper to push down the buds to keep them on the charging points.

Ordered on the 1st of February before 10am. Packing slip says packed 4/2, delivered today 5/2, Sydney CBD.
Got mine yesterday as well, one thing i'll say is the hearthrough function (to listen to outside stuff) is actual garbage. There's like a delay and it just doesn't sound good at all. Using it at the gym i had to pull them out to talk to people.
Agree with the Hearthrough. Using it outside, the volume of hearthrough on background noise is even louder than not having it on, so the volume of the music has to be cranked up loud.
Received mine today, sound quality is actually pretty good and better than expected.
Also noticed on the packaging slip that they're actually invoiced by JB Hi-Fi Soultions to Qantas.
Got mine today, find them super uncomfortable.
No-one else seems to say this about them; am I using them wrong or I just have differently shaped ears?
Tried a few different sized eargels, and definitely rotating them correctly during insertion.
Just feels like the unit is too big for my ear.
Any thoughts?
Probably your ear shape, you're probably better with AirPods.
I find the size of these are too small for me, they fall out.
Initially I found them to be really uncomfortable too but a few hours later it seems to have gotten better.
I think it's just a matter of time until your ears get used to them, give it a few days…

I have got the active ear buds, but it seems it is bigger then the elite one and falls off easily. However the sound is good, and pairing is easy.
I have no problem with the elite one I bought via debit mastercard deal, but that pair is now taken by my spouse.
Anyone know if they're coming out with an upgrade / new version any time soon?
