  • this isn't active yet is it?

  • OP - Will it apply to return fares to Raratonga via Auckland?

    • Bring me back some bananas.

No I don't know how you'll get them through customs :p

      • It doesn't apply to Raratonga. I tried, but I won't try with the bananas. :)

        • :( It's Rarotonga btw :p

    Queenstown in Ski season

    • +1

Still coming up as $400 return from Brisbane. Is that cheap? I feel like skiing in Australia will be better?

      • +2

Usual return price is $550-600. Sometimes there are Jetstar sales for $300 return, excluding bags.
So $400 is a good deal.
I've been to Mt Hotham and Queenstown. I enjoyed Queenstown, as there were 2 large ski areas compared to the one in Hotham. Queenstown as a base is more geared toward adventure sports

  • Wait, I tried a booking with two adults, but it looks like you only save $200 for the whole booking, not per person? So is it cheaper to make two individual bookings then? I might be confused though.

Edit: Tried the booking with 1 adult and it says the promo code only saved $100?!?

Are the prices on the website, as you go through the booking, already inclusive of the $200 discount? Or is that applied at the end when you pay?

  • +2

I went through the process with and without the code - ended up with $150 discount. Can't seem to get the full $200 off. Don't really have time to go through lots of options but my dates were within their travel period in August. Anyone else had any luck getting the full $200 off? Is it only off the more expensive fares? (which would defeats the purpose really)

    • +2

I tried and could only get $150 off their expensive fare. Another gimmick & waste of time. The winner is increased web traffic for Air NZ :-(

    • That's soo dishonest. False advertising!

    Is that Cluck Frunzy?

    • Cluck Frinzy

Auto correct probably got you on Cluck, it got me on Frinzy

  • Thanks OP!

  • Code only gave $50 discount as it appeared on the search despite meeting the travel date requirement. Doesn't work as some others have commented

  • woot!

Found a deal. $350 return with checked in bag is a great deal!

    • Mind sharing what dates you got please?

  • +1

Might be able to do the price promise thing with Qantas.
