  • Thanks for updating the title.

  • AU stock?

  • +1

Good price, But No NFC unfortunately.

  • +1

    No its not AU stock.

  • +5

    Standard OzB parlance:

    Band 28 - YES/NO
    NFC - YES/NO

    • +2

Nfc people can call convenience and accept, but b28 kills :(

      • … for some. Mostly for those living out in the country.

I'm on Optus on a phone without b28 and have not had any issues. Once I start going to smaller towns, reception is still good… but only outdoors.

        • On Optus too, using this very phone, I have lot of issues.
Also if you can live with Average cameras only then go for it.

  • MicroSD
    Headphone jack
    6GB memory/decent processor

Ticking boxes, except for b28 and NFC. Solid price as well.

    • B28 will be an issue, if you're with Optus. Camera works well only on a bright sunny day, never otherwise.

      • Gah.

All I want is Samsung S9+ hardware, on a standard Android OS without Samsung bloat.

Is that too much to ask?

        • Android 9.0 with the Samsung One UI (available on the S9 and S9+) is excellent. We're now in a post "stock Android" era.

          • @xyron: Can I configure the ridiculous Bixby button for something else without jumping through hoops and signing up for a Samsung account which I don't want or need?

            • @b2dz: sadly still no, but i havent bumped my bixby button in quite a while.

  • Hi Rep, understand it's not AU stock, but do you provide AU GST receipt for TRS claim?

    • +1

Yes, price is inclusive of GST. You will get invoice for claim.

  • Is their a Nokia 6.1+ version with band 28? And if YES, then what model edition do I need to look for??

    • +1

Normal Australian Nokia 6.1 has NFC and band 28, is android one and has Feb 2019 security update …..

  • Are all Nokia phones grey imports? I've yet to see them in stores.

  • I don’t think you’ll have a great 4G experience with this phone.

It’ll be fine for basic calling and internet on 3G on all carriers but hit and miss on any career with congested 1800 4g.
