  When I called up and mentioned the deal they said due to being a long term subscriber they will do the deal for us.

      Thanks for the reply. But when I try to install foxtel now in my phone, it was asking for a code. And I assumed that code I'll get when I install the set top box.

        If you have a satellite / cable connected Fox STB, you use the Foxtel Go app with your foxtel login details

  Just got off phone - rang 'disconnections'.
  Was on IQ3, Sports, HD, Entertainment + Entertainment Plus ($10 extra) for Total of $49/month

  Got free upgrade to IQ4, free tech install, plus got it down to $39 a month - (Originally they forgot to add back on Entertainment Plus for $10 a month - I said I need that and they said would be an extra $10 a month. I then asked if they could do me a deal and they said will give it to you for $0! #win).

    Good deal! I'm on platinum HD and a customer of many years. Last week I rang disconnections and said I'd like to disconnect unless they can give me the same IQ4 free install deal a new customer could get. They still wanted to charge me for the install. I said no and they let me disconnect. Long time customer lost forever now. Fools.
