      My S10e was ordered Saturday night, shipped Monday and arrived in Perth on Tuesday. StarTrack are the best. So much happier when I see them on the tracking email (even though they are Aus Post … they are the less shyte version). Any other carriers (incl Aus Post Express) are rubbish. Don't get me started on Fastway, DHL, etc.

        No, only for the retail staff of the telco partners. And even then, they need to complete the SAMSUNG+ Training App in order to receive the 50% voucher. It's to encourage retail salesman to understand and be familiar with the phone AND actually own the phone too. Great marketing program at work here guys.

    NOw, what to do with my few months old Haewai ? I bought it from Officeworks, but lately I have found that it stalls, takes ages to respond to my requests, occasionally turns off for no reason, and at one stage I was so frustrated with it I almost tossed it in the bin. I think it's just not coping with the workload. Anyway, I have had Samsungs before and no issues at all.

    I wonder if Officeworks will give me a refund?

    The s10e in prism black is out of stock again.. anyone know if I purchase the prism white and don't open it, would I be able to go in store and exchange it for the black?

        Couldn't find a number for a physical store so just used the online chat. They said I won't be able to do an exchange in the store because it's handled by a different department etc. Alternative is to just purchase a different colour, don't open it, and hope for the black to get back in stock within their 14 day change of mind period then lodge a return/exchange.

        Yup! Show them on my phone and he was scrolling up and down on the page and compare the model on the officeworks page and and the Samsung page.

        Then he went to get authorisation from his manager and then came back and said that they were able to price match it.

          Aw man, I tried twice in two different stores for the S10 and they didn't do it cause they looked on the normal website. Good stuff on getting that deal.
