Question about Delivery from MobileCiti

Hi there

Just curious if anyone purchased anything during MobileCiti 10% discount promo (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/448304) last Tues/Wednesday and having delay with their delivery?

I've purchased mine on Tuesday (2nd Apr) night last week, got notification that it's processed at Sydney facility on Thursday morning (4th Apr) and had another notification (5th Apr) and AusPost staff confirming it's on truck going to next facility which I assume should be going to VIC?

The estimated delivery date is today and the tracking status hasn't changed from processed at Sydney facility since last Thursday. Had to call up on AusPost and they said they'll investigate the whereabout of this parcel.

Wondering if anyone had already received their order? Or having similar issue I've had?

    Mine was similar for my s10+, got my tracking for express post on Thursday, then there was absolutely 0 updates on Monday (ETA), and then suddenly at 10am I got the text from Auspost saying they are coming today and it all got updated online half an hour before that.

      Damn, tracking status on mine still hasn't update yet - should've went for express post option. Hope mine wasn't lost in transit and hope you enjoy your new phone

        if it is with the guarantee network for next day delivery, you can ask MobileCiti to refund you the cost as Aust post will refund them as they did not deliver by due date

    Slow down my friend. Australia post are frigging woeful. Give them a few more days. It just seems forever because you are excited for the new phone. If it was a pair of socks I'm sure you would have more patience. Australia post tracking is also shite especially when compared to the States.

    Its Aust Post now, not MobiCity, its will come tomorrow, or they have lost it.

    I find AusPost tracking lags behind the parcel by 12-24 hours.

    I've been finding Vic to Syd with Aus post to be a bit all over the place recently, no idea why. But a few extra days are always added and my post gets revised. Still arrives though but will likely be be this week (maybe even tomorrow).

    Tracking is also all over the place, main area tells me its at Sydney depot while history tells me its still at Vic, or main area tells me its at Vic although its somehow gone through Sydney depot. I'd just give it a bit.

      I noticed my tracking also have a 'revised' next to the estimated delivery (today the 8th Apr) but wasn't sure what it meant

      Hoping it's just a delay with delivery and not parcel lost. I did end up calling AusPost and they mentioned they'll investigate what happened and call me back

    Yeah got a phone from them a week or so back, the aust post tracking said one thing and the ebay store tracking said another. It turned up though, no probs.
