I bought, but am regretting now.
The sunnies came quick enough, but turns out they were already damaged - nice big crack in the lens.
And sure enough, as all the reviews say - no one answered the phone. So sent them a long email detailing the issue. Now I’ve just gotta sit and wait, hoping they’ll fix the issue.
Does anyone know if their frames are legit? I’m looking to buy some Ray-Ban frames, but when I search their domain on Ray-Ban’s website, they don’t come up as an authorised dealer (as opposed to Vision Direct).
