We are interested in the 5 days 4 nights Sapa-Halong Bay tour with overnight sleeper train cabin arriving into Hanoi on an early flight at 0815 in June 2019.
Since we arrive early morning on day 1 and will take the night train at 8pm, what do you suggest for us? Can a place be arranged for us to freshen up and leave our luggage for us to move around?
We would like to have a sleeper cabin all by ourselves (2 pax). What is the surcharge?
Do you provide pick up arrangement at Hanoi airport?
On day 2 arriving into Sapa, do we leave our luggage on the bus/hotel and not carrying it on the trekking?

Be careful booking this stuff in advance. Booked a trip in Halong bay going back 10+ years and by the time we got to Hanoi the company was kaput. I'm pretty sure that they had a boat sink.

Nowaday allot of news boat launch and they get high standard qualities similar with sea cruise.
if you doing some cruise dont have brand name and small, it will not be safe.
I am a little confused as to how you came up with your RRP or '% off' prices.
I checked a specific 2D/1N cruise in July for 2 pax. You were advertising that it is 35% off.
Your price: $564 $360
A different booking sites price: $396 $360
Booking direct with the cruise: $395
So at best it would be a 9% discount over booking direct. Not sure where the $564 original price comes from.
Just in case it was a fluke I checked a different cruise line with different dates, still 2 pax. You were advertising it as 50% off.
Your price: $760 $320
A different booking sites price: $429 $390 (more expensive, however theirs includes a massage and transfer, which I don't think yours does)
Booking direct with the cruise: $320
So no discount at all over booking direct. Once again, I couldn't find any price close to the RRP of $760 that you claim.
Unless you can provide with some examples of actual deals that are the % off that you claim its going to be a neg from me. At this stage it looks like you have just inflated the RRP of the cruises to make it seem like a big discount. This seems more like an advert for your tour company.

OK, so when you say 'All the online agency has similar price' you are saying that you are offering basically the same prices that you can find anywhere else, either on a competitors website or direct with the cruise.
Your title and description make it sound like these rates are exclusive to you.

I probably don't consider this a bargain as pretty much all websites offer some sort of freebie with their bookings. Example from halongbaytours.com - depending on the cruise you can get free transfers, a free massage or free visa letter.
The title should be updated to Free visa letter and Hanoi food tour with any Halong Bay cruise booking at BestPrice Travel
The food tour does have good reviews on Tripadvisor.
The visa letter is a waste though. It is the old fashioned way of doing things and it is far easier, faster (both in terms of before getting to Vietnam and at the airport) and secure to get an eVisa now. Even if you get your visa letter, you still need to pay a stamping fee of $25USD on arrival to Vietnam. The cost of the eVisa is $25USD, so it doesn't actually save you any money, but the visa letter causes more of a headache at the airport.

I think our offer was better than Halong Bay Tours because they increase price and said free transfer. If you add transfer from our site it is similar rate 390 USD and you still get the food tour (not mention about Visa).
So just small compare between massage & 3 hours food tour, i think it is more value for client who travel to Vietnam.
