    Wipers are exactly the type of trash you would expect for $10- $15 from aliexpress. Both driver and passenger side wipers leave a streak top, middle, and bottom.

    Wipers are usable and $25 for Chinese junk delivered next business day compared to $15 possibly delivered within 45 days is okay by me.

    Still gets a neg for BS advertising though.

    I've lodged a Paypal dispute too. The item didn't arrive to the address in the advertised time on the website (You’ll have the tracking number sooner than you think. Its all sent locally from our Sydney warehouse. In addition to packing your order within 4 hours, our courier also offers a 2 day delivery guarantee within metropolitan areas). I'm no longer at the delivery address and had placed the order specifically as there was a guarantee for two days.

    I only received a tracking number after I contacted the support email after the 3rd of June, and the tracking number is showing that it's last updated on the 2nd of June as still being in Beijing.

    Very frustrating and misleading from the seller in this case. Even if they were still to come, I wouldn't want them as they sound like cheap aliexpress wipers that don't work as well as advertised!

    Seller sent me one tracking number via email and added a different one to the paypal dispute I raised. Dodgy dealings if you ask me. Is everyone doing paypal disputes or has anyone tried credit card chargeback? I just don't want to deal with this anymore…!

    It is still stuck in China! When I will receive it!!?

    What a terrible service!

    I will open a dispute in PayPal soon. Also, will write a very bad review for Uniwiper.

    I just received a PayPal refund by calling PayPal - I referred the rep to the info' on this post/thread wrong/multiple tracking numbers etc. stated others had been given a refund and uploaded a link to the screen shot I took of the original "delivery guarantee" and 5 mins later refund issued.

    So just out of curiosity out of i think it was said somewhere that approx 2000 people took part in this deal, has anybody responded with they received their wipers & they are happy?

    Perhaps the Rep could tell us how many positive reply's he got to his website?
    All the one that are there are 14 days old + & still have the fake pictures?
    The rep says 80% of orders were filled with Australian stock, has anybody received any?
    I would like to know?

    We have had over 2000 orders, hundreds of enquiries, emails, private messages, website issues, website hosting suspended because they thought it was a DDoS attack, hosting and dns migration and additional vehicles listed. It's been very busy.

    We had to send 300 orders overseas to be fulfilled because of odd sizes and unique adapters. We paid them more to get them done faster and to get the parcels to the carrier faster via SF express. We are losing money by doing this. We feel we have let some customers down.

    I'm very happy with the wipers that just arrived today from Wipertech. Yes it costed me $59 instead of $25, but it actually arrived in 2 business days and they're extremely well built and packaged.

    The clips are sturdy and once installed the wipers are quiet, smooth and leaves no streaks. Better than the BMW OEM wipers. The whole transaction was smooth, 3 emails in total from the seller - initial confirmation, tracking for delivery on the same day and lastly the installation prior to arrival so no guesswork is involved when it came to the installation.

    I'd be interested to see if anyone could say the same about uniwiper's.

    I sent an email asking for a tracking number. Here is the response I got.

    "Its been extremely busy around here, the busiest its ever been.

    The wipers will be with you by next week, if I told you it would arrive this week, that would be way too optimistic and you would get angry (rightfully so). The wipers are high in quality and I think you will be very pleased. I only ask that you give them a try. If you don't want them, then send them back with or without trying. We only ask that you give them a fair go. We realize that this method is taking longer than we anticipated, we will never use this slow method again.

    As compensation for our stuff up and poor decision; next year when you need wipers, I'll get you a pair for free. Please do not raise a case with PayPal (if you have please cancel it) otherwise I cannot offer a free pair of wipers. PayPal covers you for 90 days. If I cannot get the wipers to you or they get lost, I will give you a refund myself. I appreciate your continued patience and support.

      Lol they continue to be deceptive. So there’s condition to the additional free wipers for the delay.

      They don’t want people to lodge PayPal disputes is because it freezes their account and they’re unable to withdraw funds. Probably why they’re not ‘running away’.

        Everyone will get their order. Account is not frozen we are adding funds to account for every PayPal dispute if you want proof you can just ask. We are compensating patient customers who understand the situation and don't listen to FUD.

      Do NOT cancel your PayPal dispute, if you cancel you won't be able to open a new case. Keep it open until you receive and are happy with the wipers.

    Phoned PayPal - mustn’t have the persuasive technique as it was lodged as a dispute (took 5 minutes). My $24.95 is now frozen so Uniwiper cannot withdraw. Uniwiper has not had the decency to offer me an explanation or provide tracking. If you are in similar circumstances don’t let Uniwiper get away with keeping your money and offering misleading / false info.

    for balance, i received the wipers quickly and they are great. fitting not quite as pictured so i had to scratch my head for a moment but once it clicked it was super easy to fit and they fit/work perfectly on my 2013 BL series mazda 3. they are actually way better than my stock wipers, which i assume came with the car (now at 60k odo), so yeah definitely happy and would buy again on sale. sorry to hear of the bad experiences others have had!

    Finally. Package via China Post arrived after many weeks. I would want a refund just due to the shipping time but if they fit ok and work well then I’ll probably hold off. Face value they seem quite cheap though.

    Not surprised to see all the complaints. As I am expecting a few deliveries I’m sure the wipers would be one of them, but it appears not. I have opened a Paypal dispute and hoping to have a refund in a couple of days, no longer need this and will urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

    But replies to emails with:

    "yes im sorry, due to volume, its a bit delayed"

    Received 1 of 2 sets today for my VW Multivan. Seamless installation and works well. I'm happy with the outcome. Truly tested my patience in waiting for them to arrive.

    I received my wipers today for Ford Ranger PX 2012 and they aren't the correct wipers, I couldn't for the life of me work out how to install them. No instructions provided, I will be also looking for a refund or at the very least a free replacement set that actually fit the vehicle. I emailed them with pictures and asked for instructions and no reply.

      The goods from China are usually undervalued, you'll notice this when you receive your orders from chineese Sellers on ebay :-)

    OK, I finally received my Uniwiper order yesterday.

    15 working days from time of order to receipt is completely unacceptable given there was absolutely no expectation set around timeline. I wouldn't have ordered them if I was told it was going to take this long to receive my order.

    In addition the fact they couldn't / wouldn't and didn't ever sending any tracking details - just completely unacceptable in 2019.

    I doubt I'll bother even fitting the wipers as I'm so pissed off with these idiots.

      So did I, just goes to show the kind of business he runs. I aint removing my google review now, I would have if the outcome had been satisfied but not to stupid threats. Especially when everything i said was factual.

      This company should be banned from Ozbargain if this is how they run their business then threaten to sue when people right factual reviews about them.

    29/05/2019 - No item arrived. Emailed and sent message on OzBargain for cancellation and refund of both orders. Numerous complaints also lodged by other customers on OzBargain at this time. NO REPLY

    31/05/2019 - Another email was sent for immediate cancellation and refund. Finally a reply was received “Sorry for the late reply,  I've finally finished uploading all tracking details, It seems some parcels are delayed. If you don't want the wipers, you can send them back for a refund.”

    03/06/2019 - Wrote another E-Mail, after no product and not even a tracking number. He finally replied with tracking number on the same day. He said the following “Some orders were sent from our factory overseas. We ran out of boxes and box supplier wanted 3 weeks to make more so we had no choice but to get the factory to send the orders on our behalf. Please try the wipers, give them a try and see how you go. If you don't want them, then send them back or just send them back without trying. We realize that this method is taking longer than we anticipated, we will never do this again, as compensation; next year when you need wipers, I'll get you a pair for free.”

    13/06/2019 - finally some wipers arrived , unpackaged and from China. Still giving him benefit of doubt, I thought I’d give it a try.. but the wipers don’t even fit my cars. Emailed him straight away with pictures and now he wants me to pay money for shipping to send him the items back because HE SENT ME WRONG ITEMS ?? What sort of business practice is this. I have been back and forth with this guy with no resolution. I have done a Credit Card Chargeback.

    At the end of the day, I was expecting wipers to be shipped locally in a timely manner and with proper packaging
    If I wanted cheap wipers off AliExpress I would have just gone straight there. Sadly I cannot even mark “Return to Sender” as the package came from China.

    HORRENDOUS.. This guy and his shop should be BANNED!

      Yes please ban this shop from ozbargain.

      Most likely a middle man that created a budget website that is ordering from aliexpress as he receives the orders or he has a supplier somewhere in China

    I got mine in the mail yesterday and installed them before a long drive in the rain. BIG MISTAKE. The wipers don't clean properly, half way through the trip it rained and it managed to miss wiping right in front of driver view.

    Been nearly 4 weeks now and still not with me 🙃 not gonna ask for a refund because it's the dry season here. As much as I'd like to punish them, I'm in no hurry to get mine. Hopefully they've learned something, although judging by the responses here I highly doubt it

    Update: I've sent an email to uniwiper with the video and requesting a rerefund. I emailed them that I had tried bending the blades and reinstalling the blades. They gave me a refund. Glad I'm over this saga. The issue is the wiper clip is straight and it doesn't allow the wiper blade underneath it to follow the curved contour of the windscreen, therefore smearing it. Glad uniwiper provised the refund.

    Had these (mod edited) email me the other day asking me to remove some negative google review i never wrote. Email had a copy of my invoice with name and address on it and some BS about possible damages in relation to defamation, loss of business, and stress.

    Couple of days passed after explaining i didn't write the review and still no apology or reply from them.

    Honestly, if you're on the fence about asking for a refund, just do it.
    Wipers are aliexpress tier garbage. Good for nothing but landfill.

    So I had 1 out of 2 Wipers delivered (one that didn't work properly - smudging effect) I raised a dispute and seller did not respond so it got escalated to paypal, as soon as it was escalated, within a few minutes, uniwiper added a tracking number of a tracking number that's delivered

    By this time, I could not add anymore details to the case and Paypal have denied my dispute. I'm fuming right now.

      I had a similar issue, but also communicated with the seller via email during the dispute, stating I wanted a refund.

      You may have to send the item back, but you might be able to claim back this cost after the fact via Paypal. That was refunded rather quickly (a couple of days after lodging).

      To the OPs credit, they did state they'd refund me after they received the item and they have. Try emailing them, see what they say.

    Finally received mine after 31 days. Pretty shonky build quality, the rubber covers come away from the plastic body
    Might shrink to be a bit more snug in the heat but I doubt it. They work fine though, if they were $25 at supercheap I'd be happy but not worth waiting a month for. They pretty much look exactly like these right down to the same green protectors but twice the price

      OMG you're right, that is exactly what mine looks like too. If you scroll down and look at other people's pictures, mine was packaged in exactly the same way as well.

    I reckon the ones i got are for a left hand drive cars as the bracket that attaches to the wiper arm is back to front.
    There is a cut out for the raised ridge on the wiper arm but it is on bottom & the ridge on the wiper arm is on the top so it gives a flat spot & leaves a streak on the windscreen at eye level.
    Want my money back but i am not paying to send them back!
    I waited over 3 weeks for this!!!!!

    Just posting to say that I actually have a good experience with these wipers.

    They work well and definitely better than the old ones I had on my hyundai elantra. No streaks.

    I ordered mine a bit later than everyone else cos I missed the deal, but OP was still happy to offer it at the same price as the webiste wasn't working due to click frenzy.

    Thu, 13 Jun, 15:32 Item arrived at the PO I had it sent to my parcel locker but the address on the package did not have my customer ID on it, only address of the PO.

    I emailed them to get the instructions ahead of time, but didn't end up using them anyway.

    All in all, I understand that they did have stock available in Australia but once exhausted started to dropship them from China and did not notify the buyers.

    Would I buy again? Hopefully not for a while given I've been offered a free pair next year.

      I did.

      Delivery fee was refunded by Paypal. If you go into your Paypal and left-click on the transaction, it'll open up to a more detailed breakdown. Towards the bottom, you should see a link which says "Request return shipping refund". Click on that and follow your nose.

      If you proceed to do this, make sure you take photos of the return mailing address on the item itself as well as a photo of the receipt of cost showing tracking number. The cost for me to return this item was $8.30, but Paypal refunded this a couple of days after lodging the return shipping claim without issue.

      Do note that the OP gave me a return address of a parcel collect in NSW, so I didn't have to send them back to China.

      Vendor refunded me after receiving the item (I did have to follow up with an email to prompt the seller about the refund after they'd picked it up, but they did so soon after receiving this email).

      That link is disappointing, as that's EXACTLY what the set of wipers I received looked like (right down to the way the blades are packaged (as shown in the comments down the bottom of the link you posted)).
