    The reason they keep expiring these codes without notice is that a certain amount of transactions not be able to proceed with discount promised, such as finalising payment at check out, awaiting freight recalculation or best off acceptance. It will be advertised by eBay (how to get it for -% $, use coupon xxx), but when it expires without notice it is like false advertising.

  • Damn, I was going to spend $34,000 on eBay today but the max discount is $1000…I guess I'll pass.

  • They cut the $3 offer because people where using it with multiple accounts.
