Citibank Credit Card Login Issue

Hi guys, i've recently signed up and been approved for a Citibank credit card as most of you know the 90k bonus qantas ff points one.

I have made a login username and password but has been unable to login and been getting an error message "I'm sorry, i don't recognise the information you entered"

I have called Citibank customer service which they said they will escalate to the technical team and get back to me. I have tried to reset my password god knows

how many times with no luck and not getting anywhere.

It has been over a week now, still no callback. I called again today and they said there as been no documentation of my last call.

My question is has anyone had the same problem before and was it ever resolved?

    I received the same card as you and requested a certain login - however since I have an active Citibank savings account, somehow my credit card was linked to the savings account and therefore I had to use the existing login.

    I'm having the same issue, its worked maybe twice but even after entering the correct into online and mobile it just fails.
    New password set now, tried to log in with it. failed.

    Will have to call them I guess

  • I have the same bloody hell annoying problem too….
    Called them up to complain but they are hopeless and says need to create new user id as the one setup at application is for application tracking only…..

    No where on earth it said that at the application and email says my user id nominated is active…. plus nowhere can you use the user id to track application.

    Dont really want to setup a new id. Whats your thoughts?

    I'm in the exact same boat and after multiple calls and promised call backs which I am yet to receive I have got nowhere.

    I'm a new customer. Getting the exact same "I'm sorry, i don't recognise the information you entered".
