Isn't Bauhn just re-badged Bose anyway?

        Proof?
        Source?

are you taking a JV comment seriously?

        • Proof?
          Source?

          I'm asking you

          It was a question…

      • No, Bose is rebadged Bauhn

        • That makes sense… Thanks.

@jv: Of course it does. They get their phones for 39 bucks and sell it for 350. It doesnt work the other way round

    • Legit though? I'm keen to buy a pair, but the negative reviews I'm reading are really negative =\

60 day return, no harm trying

        • +3

That’s how people get addicted to drugs.

@PainToad: Don't know any dealers with a returns policy

            • @bloom: Well druggies never bother returning them

      • Are you surprised? Buying electrical from Aldi….most other retailers will give you an opinion on Bauhn after you've returned it! Kogan too… stick to brands you know. And trust. Buy anything except Bauhn from Aldi. Keep life simple.

  • Saturday 29 June or Friday 28 June?

    • Saturday 29th June. I've corrected the post.

  • The Bose is better by miles, but these are pretty good for the price

  • I was happy with some cheap woolies ones until they literally fell apart, but i can certainly tell the difference with my wife's JBLs.

Are these ones decent sound and unlikely to come apart on day two?

  • Are these the same ones that ALDI Chatswood had for $9 on their opening day?

  • Assuming these are wired, not Bluetooth?

    • thinking the exact same thing
the wireless ones were on sale for ~$70 recently

      • If these are noise cancelling for 39 bucks they are not the wireless ones. I picked them up about 6 to 8 months ago for 15 bucks on clearance. Best 15 dollar headphones I have owned. They are better then a pair of Marleys I got a few years ago for 30 on clearance from 79 bucks. The noise cancelling is decent, its good at cutting low frequencies but higher frwquencies (e.g. human voices) dont tend to be cut out as effectively. All these headphones look like they come from the seem factory so they may be of similar quality, but being the non BT ones these one less thjng to go wrong. Also has a detachable cord and battery for noise cancelling lasts weeks with normal commuting use. Streets ahead of all my earphones, csnt go back now

    • These are not wireless. They did have a picture saying Bluetooth 4 but have since removed the picture after I enquired on Twitter.

Just in time for the Spice Girls tour.

Is that what you want, what you really, really want?

    • Step one, activate noise cancelling, Step 2 do not plug in!

  • These were $69 just over a month ago, what gives?

    • 69 ??? where

      • At ALDI, which is why I thought it a little strange.
One of those ‘Mid-week Specials’ in the catalogue.

I’m a little annoyed they slash $30 off the price just over a month later for the same product.

        • $69 was for the wireless ones
this price is probably for wired ones
unclear from the catalog, but in the picture there is what could be a wire on the left side
could also be a stray hair :)

          • @docians: The third picture has more product marketing that says Bluetooth 4, 20m range and built in mic.

It doesn't say anywhere else that its wireless so this picture may have been a mistake.

            • @brendanb: Must be wired. They've removed that picture with the info about Bluetooth after I enquired on Twitter.

  • Bought these last year. They died 2 weeks ago. May get some Sony ones from Officeworks as the pair I have and gave to the wife have lasted 4 years now.
