not as cheap as the last excellent deal but $35 (with voucher) for pick up is still pretty awesome.

I have a pair of these which I've been wearing to work for the last 2 months and they are doing well.

full leather upper.

I take a US11 or UK10 and found the 11 in these boots to fit well.

only in black at this price.

    Chelsea Boot $35

Any good prices on Liverpool boots?

    • +1

Someone at work was naming her kid Chelsea. I suggested Manchester City but she didn't seem to like the idea. I was a bit worried that they'd call their next kid Arsenal.

    • +1

you will slip if you wear those

      • +5

        But I'll never walk alone…

  • Any comments on fit or quality of these? Look cheap for leather

    • Plenty of reviews on the site regarding fit and quality

    • I've had this for an year before the leather was torn - minor but not usable after that. Good fit and look and great for this price!

Have to add I bought this for $50+ and have both Tan and Black. Also the suede version is fantastic going strong for 2 years now - I've tan and dark brown both are great, highly recommend those.

  • Is the stitching on the sides functional?

    • +2

if you're talking about the seam under the elastic, kind of, but it's not "necessary" as such.

it's unavoidable if you want to use two pieces of leather to make the upper, and using two pieces of leather is unavoidable if you want to make boots you can sell for $35.

very few boot makers do one piece uppers, R.M. Williams is one example.

A stitched sole seems highly unlikely. Even shoes $200+ are glued together

I have had these boots for under 2 years now. Great pair of boots! Especially for the price. The leather and stitching hold up great. Light and quite comfortable.

  • Bought these from the deal referenced in the OP description ($26). I've worn them on-and-off for a month now and I'd be happy to get another pair in brown (obviously not this deal). Pretty comfortable and they've 'worn-in' with no issues.

Light weight. No idea how well they'll last - but at this price, it is a no-brainer. Do it!

  • More comfortable for me than my RM Williams. Very soft uppers. The sole feels flimsy, but I always add a sports insole and then as joggers they work as well as my running shoes. Will buy again.

You wear them to go running?

      • +1

Not as the primary use case :) But broke into a jog once and was surprised at the comfort. So tried a couple of times more.

they work as well as my running shoes

What in name of holy hell? This must be quite the sight.

Also RMs require break in before they reach their full potential. I would seriously doubt that these are more comfortable than broken in RMs. Obviously not even close to the same price bracket, though.

      • +2

You will see folks like me running late for meetings or trying to catch trains in full suits. This is more casual.

This has a softer upper than RM and a far more flexible sole than the comfort craftsman. RM can't compare. Longevity still to be ascertained, but I don't expect these to last very long. A full shoe replacement would still be cheaper than a RM resole.

The fit of the last would vary from person to person.

    Is this for womens only?

    • Hi, these are men's dress boots.

    • No different, not genuine leather.

  • Managed to get one, thanks altomic for sharing!

  • +1

7 and 12 sizes left only

  • For anyone who is still interested in this deal. I went into store today. they are doing 50% off boots in store anyway. $70 > $35 for me. Im usually a size 9US in most shoes but i found a size 7 in these boots to fit me like a 9. Very weird. So id suggest to go into store if ya'll wanna make sure the size is good for you. glad i did :)

  • I got a size 7 that's too big for me :(
