Coles Cashback Help Please, Minimum Spend?

G'day money savers, scrooges and internet stars.

I'm placing an order today with Coles and noticed cashrewards has 2 codes, 'save11' and 'save22'.

I can't seem to find of there is a minimum spend ot get the cashback and not sure if it's free delivery on the first order.
