Bulb Socket with USB Outlet

Can someone please tell me why a device like this is not being mass produced/sold in Australia?
If this came for b22 and e27 outlets, imagine the uses?
One of main which would be plugging in IP cameras directly near light bulbs so you won't have to do massive wiring left and right.

    Maybe you can be the first? Seems to have some quality control issues as many are reporting them to fail after several months.

    Feels a bit weird to me the whole grabbing on and tugging the lamp socket all the time. It even looks awkawrd in the video.

    So you need this to power the IP cameras via USB? why not use POE?

      the camera is powered via microusb (xiaomi 360)

        Get a poe splitter for Mirco USB off eBay for $10. You still need a Poe switch.
