Gaming Laptop Advice Required

I'm about to finish up my job and will have a few weeks to relax.

I need to buy a new laptop as my current one is a toshiba piece of shit from 6 years ago.

Main requirements are it needs to last long and I want to play Dota on it.

What's the best-priced laptop for this?

Any other deals around?

Price range would be 1400 or lower.

You can easily get a non "gaming" laptop which will run dota 2.

  Toshiba tecras used to be the best notebooks you could buy, they have fallen very low though.

If you want something to play games with better graphics I'd go for desktop.

  Dad gave me his 20EMCTO1WW for a very good price. Needless to say gaming didn't last long

      haha yeah but he had put in an SSD in and increased RAM, so it's pretty smooth minus gaming.
