        No. Contact giftcardsexpress. Most likely they haven't activated them

        Look at your receipt, it should say gift card approved or declined.

          The receipt did not show anything regarding to approved or declined.

            @JamesYYY: Sometime the activation maybe fail and require staff attention to do manual refund and repurchase. can you upload the receipt and I will see if there is anything useful?
