      I reported this issue but I think I found a fix in the meantime. We tried hotspotting instead of our home internet and it worked.

      Same here. I'll wait 7 days to see if it comes up and then put a ticket in. If they didn't track it then I'll just have to cancel with Nord, and see what deals come up on Cyber Monday.
