If you filter it through your body you won't even need to drink anymore
They don't work. I bought a TDS tester test tap water in a glass reads 234 ppm. Test undersink double filter cartridges pre filter and .5 micron carbon fiter TDS reads the same 234 ppm in the glass.
You want true filtered water look at RO
Spend a bit and get a durand counter top unit (splurge extra to get the one that removes fluoride IMO). We went from one of those jug type things to one of these and never looked back.

Kmart sell Brita compatible ones.
