Can't contact Ebay seller.

I recently ordered some disability related items from ebay but wrong items were sent to me instead.

When I checked the Purchase History on my ebay account, I found said items visually faded out with the term: (Removed Item). The 'Leave Feedback' link therefore won't respond to my attention.

I would like a refund. Is there a way?

    Just phone EBay staff. They will help you the refund instantly. I had almost the same experience, and EBay Australia helped me with a click. Please go and ring them.
