I just checked the site, the booking system is pretty bad in comparison to major booking sites. The prices are comparable but major booking sites have rewards programs and price match guarantees. So I wouldn't buy this for myself even at 20% off because I can save 20% in other ways but as a gift for someone who doesn't travel often enough to take advantage of rewards programs and can't be bothered to shop around and price match, this is good value for money.
Totally agree. 20% discount is not enough. Unless it's for individual hotels not in major chain.
