    Did you guys check eligibility?

    from the terms and conditions for the $30 voucher:

    "….only customers who have been sent the offer by email from PayPal or have accessed this page via paypal.com.au are eligible. "

    I couldn't get to it from logging into paypal.com.au

      Just try checking out with the voucher. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Don't buy it.

      Worked initially with the first of each item I added (cables) but by the time I got to the checkout and added to the quantity of each item (all in quantities of 1 worked) the code does nothing. The code hasn't been used, they just moved the goal posts by putting several items into the "On Sale" category even though the price hasn't changed.

    I think I can still get it at $9 because I put the item in the cart and code in before they changed the site. But now I'm not so sure if I should go through with it because they may not honour it and it would be a pain to get $9 back.

        Bappy - the negative is for the supplier not you - unless you work for the supplier.

        MODS: Perhaps you should introduce 2 types of negative vote (negative for the poster or the actual dodgy deal itself!)

      You can make a complaint in your own name which would be the same.

    But this discount is now no more working so title should be updated with [Expired] tag please as poor people get mislead. I don't blame Kogan as $9 HD set top box with PVR plus free delivery - it must be below cost.
    $39 is still one of the cheapest ones I can ever find in the market.

    I just don't know why Kogan would do this, if they didn't want people buying their product, or don't want to give away $30 on every product they sell, just don't have this promotion. Now they look really Stupid and Dodgy and I reckon I would never buy anything from them and I will tell pretty much everyone I know not to buy from them.

    The thing about these deals is that I want to Neg the company, but not the deal poster. Bappy posted a great deal, it's unfortunate that Kogan has gone and ruined it.
    As I result, I will refrain from negging, but can't positive vote either. Wish I could do + for Bappy, - for Kogan!

    Seriously, almost everything is "On Sale" now. Absolutely ridiculous.
