Need Suggestion Regarding an Issue with 7 Eleven App

I was trying to lock in fuel price in the 7 eleven app for the first time however, after loading the money into the account / the top up .. the app didn't lock in and rather gave me an error message . Called the service and they said they cant honor as they said i might have waited at the lock in screens for longer times. I tried to explain that this was the first time and took me nearly 10 min to get card , enter the details and top up . Also asked why didn't it kick me out in the first place and allow me to top up when I was there for a longer period as per their say , but they just apologized as usual. If the lock in error would have been displayed even before the top up was requested , I wouldn’t have even proceeded. Have sent them an email with the screenshot as well. So is there something that can be done to get this work anyway or just ignore as it is waste of time bothering / arguing with these guys?

      mate thanks for your sarcasm.. please ignore my ignorance that I have people like you as well in ozb who try to do a mockery, rather than a help … anyways what i meant was .. to find my CC from my wallet which was lying somewhere .Normally I use my wallet in iPhone rather than remembering the whole 16 digit number as i am not a genius like you..

        Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application?

    go to StarMart and request them to enter this code 35776 and you will save 15c per litre, if you “request” they will help!

        its like a code they enter to their POS when their BIG ALBERT MACHINE doesn't work! and it gives 15cpl.

    By the way, your posts would be much easier to read if you use linebreaks.

    I don't know about OP's phone, but mine either asks to scan the debit/credit card using the camera or it automatically fills it in because I have it saved.
    You shouldn't have to type of the whole thing manually.
