Awesome prices across a range of dates. I booked the family from Brisbane to Winnipeg for $4500 2 adults and 2 kids just before June school holidays. I saw direct lights to Vancouver in June for just over $1100. I think you can book up to October. So no ski season dates are open sorry. But for those that want to visit the Rockies in Summer it is awesome. Hopefully someone finds a good deal. Just need to look in the low season times, as you move into the end if June its school holiday prices

Fares fit for a queen. Visit your grand s on.

  • No discount on earth would get me on this airlines. If you have issues or delays expect nothing but the worst from this mob. I base this on pervipus flying to canada with them… akin to hell.

    • I've flown AC more than 50 times. I can't fault them. If you can pick up flights when on sale, they provide exceptional value for money.

Their long haul international is great in comparison to other offerings for the same price. Direct non-stop routes to/from Australia that make the travel time signicantly shorter than other carriers.

I always thought they were a full service airline but they actually have luggage fees that would make jetstar blush.

  • Wow another Winterpegger on Ozbargain?!?! Small world!

The wifey is. Didn't realise the cost of getting back there all the time and the cold. Might have made other choices:)

      • At least she's letting you go in June! If you want cold head there for a few weeks in February!!! Have a great trip!

    That's it, back to Winnipeg!

  • doesn't seem to apply to all flights.

The flight I selected, which is the flight I already booked in December said the code was valid but doesn't apply to this flight. I booked for 5th of Feb and return on 12th of Feb, direct flight to Vancouver.

However, thanks for getting me to try it. The price had gone down by $667 since I booked it. I seriously wasn't expecting that. There were only 4 seats left at the time and I expected prices to go up not down.

I should be able to claim a refund of the difference, although this being Flight Center, you only get a credit voucher.

    • Unfortunately flight centre probably won't give you a credit refund if the price drops. The only thing you can do is cancel the flight ( and hope that the fee is only say $250). Then rebook the cheaper fare at the cheaper price. You won't save the $667, but $667-$250= $417. However just check the fare rules and cancellation fee.( ex flight centre person here). Goodluck
