(nbn) from Maintenance to Unplanned Incident

Well….. They started doing some maintenance repair work and they thought it would take say 8 hours to do and planned for a 8 hour outage window. That 8 hours is now up and they haven't finished, its not working, something went really wrong……… So as the maintenance windows has expired, it becomes an outage incident, which wasn't planned. Hence Unplanned Incident.

Optus ran tests and are saying there is a fault outside of the premises

What a joke…these technicians messed it up.
