    5g of vit C per day will help you fight covid. Drink 500ml of water for every gram you take though. Spread it out over the the day.

        While i have no idea where he's getting his info from; no authority has done covid vitC testing… regardless, its very hard to overdose on urine passable vitamins unless you're dehydrated; but you do risk kidney stones.
